Mediture’s TruChart LIFE EHR was certified as a Complete Ambulatory EHR for 2014 Edition ONC Health IT certification on October 29, 2014 by ICSA Labs. ONC-ATCB 2014 certification from ICSA Labs confirms that the TruChart meets all requirements necessary to achieve Stage 2 Meaningful Use compliance.

This complete EHR, TruChart LIFE v3.5 core, is 2014 compliant and has been certified by ICSA Laboratories, an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria for ambulatory care adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments. Mediture’s certification number is 140317R00
This certified product-version may require additional costs and or contractual obligations.
A provider does have to sign a contract when purchasing Mediture’s TruChart LIFE v3.5 core. The terms for contractual obligation are negotiable and identify optional add ons. Our certified product is comprised of the TruChart LIFE v3.5 core system and a few tightly integrated third party systems that we describe in this Mandatory Disclosure Attestation document.
TruChart LIFE v3.5 core and its LabConnect interface shall require an annual maintenance fee to support the electronic (§170.314(b)(5)) Incorporate Laboratory test and values/results.
TruChart LIFE v3.5 core shall require a monthly fee for DIRECTconnect which is used for (§170.314(e)(1)/ §170.314(e)(3)/ §170.314(b)(1) & (b)(2) View, Download, and Transmit to 3rd Party, Secure Messaging, Transitions of care: – receive, display, and incorporate transition of care/referral summaries., Transitions of care: – create and transmit transition of care/referral summaries.
TruChart LIFE v3.5 core requires PatientConnect as its patient portal for use with (§170.314(e)(1)/ §170.314(e)(3)/ §170.314(b)(1) & (b)(2) View, Download, and Transmit to 3rd Party, Secure Messaging, Transitions of care: – receive, display, and incorporate transition of care/referral summaries., Transitions of care: – create and transmit transition of care/referral summaries.
In the course of implementing TruChart LIFE, there are no known limitations that a user may encounter to meet meaningful use objectives and measures or to achieve any other use within the scope of the health IT’s certification.
